Tariffs Policy 2021-22
The Chief Albert Luthuli Local Municipality, in terms of Section 75(1) of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, Act 32 of 2000, has to adopt a Tariff Policy which is regarded a budget-related policy in terms of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act, Act 56 of 2003.
